These terms govern the use of engineering consulting and maintenance audit services provided by Gazianteptesisat. By engaging our services, you agree to the conditions outlined below.
We provide industrial fluid dynamics analysis, hydraulic piping maintenance audits, and flow calibration services. All work is performed based on the specific scope defined in the service agreement. No implied services beyond the written agreement are covered.
The client must provide safe access to all equipment and piping systems, supply accurate system documentation, and disclose any known hazards. Failure to do so may limit our liability for resulting damages.
Our liability is limited to the value of the service fee paid. We are not liable for consequential damages, production losses, or system failures arising from conditions not identified during the audit. All recommendations are advisory; final implementation decisions rest with the client.
All reports, calculations, and methodologies provided remain the intellectual property of Gazianteptesisat. The client may use them for internal operational purposes only. Redistribution or publication without written consent is prohibited.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, the client must pay for all work completed up to the termination date. No refunds are provided for partial work unless otherwise stated in the agreement.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes via email. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pretoria.
